Aseptic pulp, puree, or paste bag in drum processing is a method used to produce and package fruit and vegetable products in a sterile environment, ensuring extended shelf life without preservatives.   • Produces pasteurization or aseptic sterilization plants for high or low viscosity products, either whole or in pieces. Tubular heat exchangers are used for packaging products or direct tunnel heat exchangers for already packaged products. The quality and finish ensure maximum hygiene and aseptic conditions.
