MICRO - PULVERIZER
The Micro Pulverizer is used to grind soft to medium-hard material into fine powder. This system is widely used for applications like spices, pharmaceuticals, dyes, icing sugar, etc. The grinding takes place between high-speed stirrup-type hammers and serrated liners. The material is discharged through the sieve. The fineness achievable in this system ranges from 50 to 200 mesh BSS. The capacity ranges from 50 kg/hr to 1500 kg/hr.
HAMMER MILL
The hammer mill is the most effective pulverizer used for size reduction of various applications viz. Spices, Chemicals, Minerals, Pharmaceuticals, Herbs & Roots, etc. It can be used for a wide range of materials ranging from friable, non-friable, fibrous, etc. The grinding takes place between the high-speed swinging hammers and top/side liners. Once the particle size reduces to that of the perforated screen at the bottom, it will be discharged through the hopper. The fineness achievable in this system will be 15 to 60 mesh BSS (depending on the material’s physical properties). The capacity ranges from 50 kg/hr to 1500 kg/hr
PIN MILL
The Pin Mill is used for coarse & fine grinding of materials that are fibrous in nature. This system's heat generation at the grinding time is very low compared to other pulverizers. This ensures the prevention of vital properties like aroma, taste, etc. This machine can also be used for wet grinding, deagglomeration, etc. The material is centrally fed and grinding takes place in between high-speed rotors consisting of pins and a stationary stator. The discharge takes place through a perforated screen. The capacity ranges from 100 kg/hr to 1000 kg/hr
RIBBON BLENDER CUM ROASTER
The Ribbon Blender cum Roaster is a “ U ” shaped vessel used for mixing and roasting powders and semi-wet material. The Heating can be achieved by using Oil immersed electrical heaters with special-purpose heating oil as a medium or using LPG/CNG gas with hot air circulation generated in the heating jacket. The heating temperature is controlled through a Digital Temperature controller. The capacity of the roaster ranges from 125 litre to 4000 litre.
VIBRO SIFTER
The Vibro sifter is a compact machine used to grade material that is generally difficult to segregate. The screen works on the gyratory motion using a low-powered special vibratory motor. The vibro sifter is an enclosed structure that ensures dust-free operation along with a leakage-proof system. It is a high-capacity performance machine which uses minimum space.
TRAY DRYER
The tray dryer is an essential piece of equipment used in the food industries, pharmaceutical industries, and chemical industries. Tray dryers are used for drying in conventional processes and deliver good results. The tray dryer is an insulated chamber wherein hot air is continuously circulated with the help of a heat exchanger & condenser. The control panel is provided with a process timer, digital temperature, and indicator lamp. The tray dryer has the option of 24 trays, 48 trays, 96 trays & 192 trays.
